Policies explained simply

Like we're explaining to a friend — short and clear. Official legal text is on each policy page.

What is ClaraShift?

ClaraShift is a website where you can talk to a wellness professional by video or phone-style audio. It's for emotional support and life stress — not for doctor-style diagnosis or emergency help.

Privacy Policy (what is it?)

It tells you what information we save about you (like email and session times) and why. We use it to run your account and sessions. We don't sell your private conversations to advertisers. Full version: Privacy Policy page.

Terms (what is it?)

The rules for using our website. Main idea: be respectful, pay for sessions you book, and understand this is wellness support — not emergency or clinical psychology.

Refund & cancellation

If you cancel early (24+ hours before), you usually get credit for another session. Refunds depend on whether you've used sessions — see the Refund page for details.

Client ID (CS-0001)

Think of it like a library card number for ClaraShift. Your first account might be CS-0001, the next person CS-0002. It helps support find you fast.

Session ID (CS-0001-S01)

Each time you book a session, it gets a number: S01 for your first session, S02 for your second, and so on. Full example: CS-0001-S01.

Login at /auth

You must have an email on your account. You can sign in with that email OR a username you pick, plus your password — same as MindHope uses mindhope.in/auth.

US Privacy Rights

If you live in states like California, you can ask us what data we have, ask us to delete it, or fix mistakes. Email privacy@clarashift.com.

Profile changes (14-day lock)

In MySpace you can add your name, avatar, age, gender, emergency contact, and username. When you save, those details lock for 14 days — like a cooldown before you can edit again. Email stays fixed for security.

Not clinical psychology

Our professionals support your wellbeing. They do not diagnose mental illnesses, prescribe medicine, or replace a hospital in an emergency. If you're in danger, call emergency services.
