Cancelling a session
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full credit toward a future session.
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may forfeit that session credit.
- No-shows are treated as completed sessions unless we determine otherwise.
Refunds
First session ($49 tier): refund within 7 days if you have not completed the session, minus payment processing fees where applicable.
Multi-session packages (Understanding, Transformation): unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used; partial use refunded for remaining unused sessions at the per-session rate minus any package discount already applied.
How to request
Email support@clarashift.com with your Client ID (e.g. CS-0001) and Session ID if applicable. We respond within 3 business days.
Payment processing
Refunds return to your original payment method via Stripe. Timing depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
